Tracy is a dedicated Client Service Officer who plays a key role in supporting both our clients and financial planners. Her role requires a strong focus on providing exceptional service, whilst assisting with client administration, appointment coordination, document preparation and ongoing client communication to ensure a seamless advice experience.  With her industry experience, Tracy ensures our services are delivered successfully right through to completion.

Within our financial planning team, Tracy is responsible for various reporting requirements, together with ensuring our processes when engaging with financial institutions and managers are implemented as efficiently as possible.

“I love to sew, and I make most of my own clothes, which is a great excuse to fill my wardrobe with exactly what I love to wear – which often involves a lot of leopard print garments! I’ve been learning English country dancing for several years and also use my sewing skills to create my own Regency-style outfits for performances and events. 

When I’m not at the sewing machine, I enjoy relaxing on the couch with a good book, or getting a few good scares watching horror movies.”
